It still mystifies me that those who bank profits and understand when a stock is seriously overvalued on current performance are targeted as 'fear mongers' and 'spooks' etc etc
There is no pride in watching your paper profits evaporate before your eyes.
You can remain a long term holder of a stock and believe in its future. But if your only reason for not selling the bubbles and buying the dips is a FEAR that you will miss out some pot at the end of the rainbow, then you have quite simply lost control of your investment and you are unlikely to survive in this game.
Don't use TAX as a reason. That is by far the worst reason for not taking money on a volatile stock.
