I generally don't change my settings so not a problem for me, but you raise a good point... however, you can change indicator settings and add indicators and so forth in each instance, you just can't save them.

So if I want to add a new Mav or some such that I will constantly use or want to save some drawn stuff, I'll add and save when I only have a single instance running.
