yep exactly starbust.. I agree , I 'n no expert ...but I'm thinking like you if statements like that comes out in a bull market you'd probably see the dip as a buying opp.
So if i learn a lesson to try to install on my hard drive ..I think it could be , listen for statements that go with trend , there probably the real ones.
However "unusually uncertain is quite ambiguous, so i can't decifer what it means and i suppose thats the way it was intended ..so where left with that old friend ..trend.
