yes but they still have at least another 15 years to run to match the japan and south korea in terms if relative journeys. and just like those two countries there will be plenty of bumps along the way but the china growth story is far from over. even in a controlled economy for every action there is a reaction and they seem to be learning that the hard way right now. I agree with you about India as well and throw in the caste system and rampant corruption as two additional factors.
