I had a gawk at the PAN forum, gee it's doom n gloom over there, everyone crying about the Nickle spot price going down the drain (and PAN along with it). But to me it looks like the long term cycle might be slowly changing, away from oversupply. The LME stocks have been going up all the way with the declining price in the last five years - classic oversupply.. but the last year it looks to be changing.. what do you reckon?
