    THX is being smart they have cashed in a few chips but still retain most of their strategic holding in case a better offer appears...they'd know as well as anyone how much this offer stinks

    now if seawolf was ripping into THX for selling a small amount of a non core holding (which would "double within 12 months") how does he feel about selling the whole company for $1.30?
