As far as I know the selling of UMC shares by THX has always been quite open and part of its strategy. Brett has said that given the right price they will sell and were actively looking for buyers at 'the right price'. This was said at a broker's presentation and was not secret information. It is thus not suprising that the shares are for sale and if for sale it is sensible to make that situation known.

I am glad that Londonn is awash or even aware of anything to do with out company.

Why do you think the Chairman of UMC should resign?.

The questions of leaks is another matter and certainly it appears to be an issue but I am too inexperienced to know if it is a common problem.
