I wouldn't be so worried about THX selling into this market at these ridiculous prices or even selling off market placing the stock at these prices.

I'd be more concerned with the average Joe Blow punter accepting a ridiculous take over of say $3 in the current market conditions.

THX isn't a seller but how many of you out there would be willing to accept an offer around this price with the share price currently $1.60

Quite a lot I would imagine.

Maybe that is a strategy and the intent of the selldown. Maybe not either.

Point I am making is that a lot would settle for a near 100% premium atm, but I doubt THX would.

UMC is now very vulnerable and now is when the sharks come out to feed.

The fundamentals haven't changed, in fact they have improved somewhat.
