Can't say for sure but i'm fairly confident any dliution effect was priced in as soon as the shares went ex-rights and possibly before given how fast it retraced from 10c to 6c.
having said that I took up rights in ALY at 13c and the shares are now 10c (it was fully under written at 13c so it was truly dilutory and went to 7c now 10c).
so you take your chances like any purchase.
