from a TA perspective, watch and wait.indicators are turning but with gaps abundant below and average volume, the 19.5 to low 20s congestion one becomes a major hurdle. What is required is to work thru the 2c c level and hold above to be a buy. Otherwise the ST downtrend channel will continue. That channel is 20 c to 16 c width and gradually declining.
If we can finish above 20 c today it is a start. Then the next step is to take out 21 c. If holds and and finds support above 21 c, then it becomes a ST buy.
If we are below 20 c, it is still problematic.

Please note: when i say average volume i am referring to historical turnover which causes SP to move thru major resistance. Further this is no reflection on FA or LT prospects.
