What makes KNL compelling is its current valuation vs what it will be earning in late 2016/early 2017. There is currently a huge disconnect here and there are no ifs or maybes anymore. Finance will occur, construction will proceed, jobs will be created.
I'm looking out for analyst coverage coming out soon. They would be letting their clients down if there wasn't something surely!!!!!
Tangible, yep management have a received a big tick from me - I have complete faith in their staged growth plan (along with an increase in demand) to 100ktpa is prudent, it's realistic, it's achievable.
