This is great news but I think it will be pretty much a "sell the news" day. The market is very shaky at the moment so be careful and don't expect to much tomorrow. I for myself will sell half of my shares if it hits the .22-.25 range!

This news derisks the whole project but lot's of people already expected the offtake to become binding and maybe priced them in. Institutional investors coming on board when finance is secured. That would be the 'sweet spot' and we will see some steady rising in the SP from there on. GLTYA and DYOR
