Totally agree with your analysis of the motivation and opportunities that the CR will provide.
I am dissappointed in the execution with only offering 7 Mil worth of shares without the ability to pro rata the allocations.
This will limit the shareholder participation to around 400 - 500 only.
In my situation I am eligible for 2 bites of this cherry (personal and SMSF) which if exercised and is accepted, removes an opportunity for another shareholder.
I feel they have turned this into a bit race to get your money in first and totatally disadvantaging some shareholders due to distance / location, situation and awareness of what has unfolded over the few days.
I like the company but feel that they have tarnished their stated values in the way this is being managed.
