I've made an investment decision in part on the basis that an announcement one way or another was going to be made sometime in May.
As I've stated previously if this is not going to happen I strongly feel that at least some kind of announcement should rightfully be made to at least acknowledge that there is a change of plans. To not do so is rude at the very least and misleading or deceptive conduct at worst.
No, I am not a daytrader and whether I am or not is irrelevant.There is an obligation on the part of any company in the ASX to keep their shareholders reasonably informed. To state one thing in writing and then not following through on what is said is a dangerous precedent which if allowed to be regular practice sets stockholders up to be ripped off. We are unsecured investors not mugs. There is a differance
