It's an interesting development but I'm not quite sure I could call it the last nail in the coffin yet. From memory they are spending over $20mil of the $40mil cash this quarter on advertising and raw materials purchases. The stock price is relatively high compared to the rest of its listed life. And that of course is a good time to raise funds. Seems explainable to me. But we will see...
