I've seen this 'disclaimer' a few times now, albeit mostly used when they initially don't provide escrow arrangements.
I quite like this one but might need to revisit the cash/cash equivalents balance component - it looked great at first, some $20-22m....but if I recall correctly, that was adjusted as a pro-forma to reflect back some 7-8 months ago as at the end of May?
