I realise there is another generic thread but I just wanted to keep discussion localised to each IPO. These Chinese IPO's are tempting as nearly all stag well. But what annoys me is the lack of commitment to Escrow. Really annoyed that ASIC allows propsectus's to be lodged without telling investors what will definitely be escrowed. There are actually 120mil existing shares.. so that is a lot of loose stock!
