    Therefore the Jiangsu plant they will still want, however maybe they will argue about the price due to capital injection required to improve throughput. This will be far cheaper than building another from scratch and in such a strategic location.
    The trading halt maybe on Friday they will then turn the lights off and leave us all stumbling around in the dark till Tuesday morning.
