    Yes the $30 m an interest bearing loan however the $12m deposit has not been clearly explained. The auditor has it as a GXY liability (debt) and no where have i seen mentioned its a non refundable deposit?
    I guess we shall find out very soon. Having already received $42m will be no forex gain on that. then the bonds debt are in USD. No reason for any to come back to Oz? Nothing left here.
