flexy - I can't post what I would like to as I have no proof.
However,
go look over the last 16 - 18 months director purchases and then the reported holdings in the annual reports!!!
On my calculations - these guys in the top 20 held 84% of the stock on August 31st Last year - and buys since suggest they now hold near 90%.
The chap that just sold 1 million shares last week for $35K if you do some research is a multimillionaire!! He didn't need $35K imo!!
Check the history of his purchases - he has been accumulated for a long time - and much more than just 1 million shreas he let go!! In fact try 20 million!! The chairman also picked up 10 million off market at 2.2 cents also!!
Don't know the whole game here - but happy to join them in holding a stack ;-)
