Have a colleague who worked up that way for a couple of years until 3 years ago. (For an AIM listed company whose name escapes me).
Staff turnover enormous and altitude sickness nearly killed him. Sanitary conditions and diet did not help much either.
These deposits will get developed one day, but that day is a longway down the track IMO.
