Thanks Worthind, that was a very good posting.

My only is that I don't know whether AVX will still be there in 5 years... Despite all this exciting stuff, they have been quite close to close down their operations - if their capital raising had failed, they would be in deep trouble. And they may find themselves in this same situation relatively soon.

With the combination of great product, great future and supposedly M&A geniuses sitting on the board, I was just hoping, if not expecting, that our future would be a bit clearer at this point of time.

That said Tibotec might be the answer - I guess they would be a good partner to have.
