I doubt you will and perhaps philips who have been trying since 2008 to get this done, are having trouble over this very issue.
How to overcome and insure that negative results don't result in a cardiac incident, after the paitent is dismissed because of a negative reading.
Makes sense to me tto have Troponin T in a POC test and have a few false positives rather than false negatives.
