TICA look like they are doing something similar to RNT but are coming from at the problem from a different perspecitive. That is they are mainly focused on the interaction between agent and tenant. So kinda like RNT but without the ability to help renters find a property.

I might be wrong, but it looks like TICA is primarily a service for agents and tenants to manage their communication.

I'm not sure how renters find landlaords or property through TICA. I suspect TICA is primarily used through agents.
