Why, who's biz is it but mine what i do with my money. If Bingo drops below 8 it is a buy and at 8.5 it is a sell. Easy, isn't it? Long term I would not touch Bingo due to the aforementioned bad debt issues, the lack of quality leadership and the current strategic direction of the bank. Your hooray-troop can buy it any time and praise "Mike and the team" for their fine efforts. In my book they are not on top of their game and should not run a bank.
