And I note that the amount owed by the Gt Southern borrowers is down, and the total number of loans is also down.
BENs provisions for Gt Southern remains the same, so they must still be very confident of a positive outcome in AUG 2012
Given the time set aside for the hearing, and the way the legal profession charges, it will mean HUGE legal costs for both sides, and probably the winning side will claim their costs from the losing side.
I would not like to be on the losing side as an individual.
No matter who wins or loses, the solicitors win every time.
