Jason Brewer just confirmed to me via email that the grades are Mn, not MnO2, and that all future assays will be Mn, not MnO2. See the certificate photos in the November presentation - Mn, not MnO2.

In the highgrade.com article, Jason Brewer reports that the current cost to get the ore to port is:
"about $40-45/t to get the manganese product to the mine gate, and then about double that to get it FOB from land-locked Zambia"
So $45 + $90 = $135 in total. And the ore is being sold at $250-300 per tonne.
If everything continues with those numbers, then we are well ahead. I haven't read anything about the roads needing an upgrade.
