A bit more research needed by you. When Brewer came on board he inherited a company with very little cash and Uranium assets going absolutely nowhere, he has put in the manganese assets and offered all shareholders the oppertunity to participate in the new direction of the company through an entitlements issue.
On payment please note that what you referred to was his total renumeration package which comprised a $60k cash salary at ccc and an options package that was voted in favour by 90% of the shareholders at the GM. he is now the exec director at KAB and by the looks of it he earns about a 5th of what Kate Hobbs does and has already done at least 5 times as much by getting an offtake agreement with Chinas largest importer of manganese ore. Go figure..
