tick, .....tick, .......tick

No I'm not ticking off boxes.. I'm listening to my oven timer.
This chook is just about cooked. The question is will it come out of the oven perfectly moist and juicy, fit to feed a kings army? or will it be over cooked, dry and barely passes as dog scraps? From previous Anns the Lab results should be in by the end of this week or near abouts... I'd guess the pack of trading wolves are looming waiting for the news, ready pounce for their pound of flesh or run away with what scraps remain. With past diamond results the kitchen sure does smell good...
