Times running out for the circling investors to stump up some cashola! Deadline is TOMORROW!

Will we see announcement today? Have they completed their DD?

Will we not know till after close tomorrow or Monday??

I noticed some guesses as to the capital raising price (if successful) on some earlier threads. Either I'm very aggressive in my valuations, or you guys are being conservative. Tony's comment was that any capital raising would be based on the true "value of Irvine". I myself value it at a lot more than 80c per share.

My opinion only. Just getting excited. Good luck everyone.
