That may well be the case, 5 years ago there was no money in mineral sands, the market has changed significantly.
Look at Iluka, 3 years ago their SP was a dog, look at it now + $16.00, Iluka are making big money.
Supply and demand has changed the whole outlook for the mineral sands sector.
Gunson may well have timed the project and option to proceed perfectly.
