Cougar Energy Limited - advises that its confidential "without prejustice' communications are still continuing with the Queensland Government to resolve each of the Queensland Supreme Court proceedings.

Cougar advises that the previous court timetable in the damages claim has been exyended until 22 February 2013 to accomodate this.

Cougar Energy will make a further annoucement to the market following the outcome of these communications.
