'We have a failure to communicate'

Anyhow vented to the company
As a shareholder I voted for the removal of the previous BOD and thought we achieved a very good result with quality new Board.
Today is the end date for early August-now the date was given to us in the previous announcement and would have thought the new BOD would be able to at least achieve or notify shareholders.
All my working life was told if you can't achieve what you say then you need to rectify it immediately.
