None of their social media channels have been updated since November 2017, it’s kind of an online graveyard. If I was a customer researching lighting options, a neglected social media page might unfortunately make me wonder if the product offering was defunct or no longer supported (just my personal opinion).
Surely it can’t be a big deal to retweet or put out some kind of monthly update? Post a cool project on Facebook? People need to get excited.
Too much guesswork involved.
