@herbalist ... whilst that may be true, I fear the price at which they may be forced to raise additional capital. It could be at a further 30% discount to your recent acquisitions of 3.3 and 3.5c? The problem to my mind is that this management team has displayed an utter disregard for shareholder funds. To date, they have articulated no plan to get the company to cash flow break even, but rather appear content to spend like the proverbial drunken sailor! This is not sustainable as the title of this thread suggests the clock is ticking... 

Given the uncertainty in equity markets at present the ability of microcaps to raise capital is likely to be severely constrained. Unfortunately, I just cannot see a way out, unless there is a radical overhaul of the business model and change in management team
