Focus on what we know:

The Company’s securities will remain in suspension pending the release of a price sensitive announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising and licensing agreement.

The recent cleansing prospectus spoke clearly:

1. A similarly structured deal ( May 23, 2019) with investors in relation to the Sandbox should be part of the news release once the Halt is lifted! ( Klaytn-subsidiary of Hashed joined the Sandbox partnership for distribution in South Korea as well as buying in) a double positive IMO

2. The licensing agreement was also clearly discussed in the cleansing prospectus with DORMA SPORTS, owner of MOTO GP! ( another potential Formula 1 type of deal with 2 wheeled road rockets)
*persinalky, I detest the fact that they are required to divulge this highly confidential information prior to signed contracts with both parties...

3. The potential WILD CARD could possibly be an explanation of the Company’s involvement with Dapper Labs surprise announcement regarding their possible blockbuster BC platform FLOW!
If they got this right and provide the end all platform for Animoca (and others ) to Scale their major games to release in the near future (F1 & Sandbox) , then this could be the biggest and best part of their announcements after coming out of the Halt if this is detailed at the time.

Scalable, faster and lower transaction costs with a possible clear runway for all future game releases, will extend the runway for the future of BC and Leap Frog right over the top of the current and limited Ethereum platform!

Still needs to be completed and proven to scale above the current Beta testing eluded to in the recent news articles!

I am hoping Animoca took down a piece of the raise as well as signing up to operate their games on the Flow platform once completed and fully proven to scale !

This is all my best observation and guess leading up to an eventual release of information and freedom from the Trading Halt shackles!
