After reading thru a few hundred posts since yesterday announce of acquiring rights to 100% Petro Energy Africa Limited, I have seen any discussions on the timing of the cash (US$4.5M) and share payments ($15M worth). I think we need to ask the coy about when it has to pay these. Is it after BFS or before conclusions of negotiations with Cameroon government for other oilfields which is supposed to happen within next month? Is the shares to be paid in stages? Obviously knowing the answers will be beneficial to all of us ;)
