a march announcement is looking unlikely i hate to say. I too was expecting a annoucement by today. I have a decent parcel in NWE and am very annoyed that no annoucment has surfaced RE the JV. NWE is still a great buy but I'm sick of this waiting game. The CEO said that the JV will be finalised in March. Maybe it may be released after today's close? Who knows and time will tell!
