    yeah I expect that it will be a massive kick to the sp gooleys in the short term, and if it trades like the last CR we will be well under $2.55 for sometime (remember how long we were sub $1.70 last time?). On the other hand it may bounce back quickly from those levels if it is cash to go to Phase 2 immediately.
