Quarterly due in about 3 weeks - no money left for Neil to draw himself a wage for his token efforts, so D day is finally here. Two options left:
1) Administration
2) A reconstruction under new financing arrangements (maybe a back door listing as a completely different entity), yet with the stock resurfacing at a price a quarter to one fifth of present levels, heavily diluting existing shareholders who bought in at 0.001c. Or making your shares virtually worthless if you bought in at levels higher than this.
