Mining license and China I say are connected. Hope I am wrong but it's been a long time to approve and seems to point towards something else. Aushed's link has my money on it.
Hope I am wrong but the jockey (China) could be pulling the reins for the time being on Rare Earth out of Tanzania.
Any other rare earth companies been approved with a mine like PEK, I haven't done that search so I could be wrong
