It’s the most negligent board ever to capitalize on a transaction like that. Promo for what increases the share price …makes it harder to achieve performance hurdles……Nobody in Europe or else knows about the company. If you sit in your Perth coffeshop and raking in 500 k salary why would you bother . Maybe ask for 5 percent of company in shares to have an incentive ……
