Wendel you don't know that, as it seems you don't know the way the Chairman likes to do CR's.

I have many times in the past, long prior to my entry in QPN, spoken to him on this topic. He is of the opinion that CR's are best placed for the benefit of ALL shareholders.

When they do this I would expect that will form the basis for it.

I accept this is a different company with all new management, however I know Saxon Palmer woould most likely support the Chairmans view.

I took a very large position acvordingly so I hope my thoughts are correct. I intend to add to my holdings accordingly. If not then I have a backstop as an SI. Hopefully either way I will get what I am after, if not no problem either way.
