the big thing i worry about with Sezzle is their merchant financing model.
If Zip acquire and the merchants call in all their chips, thats alot of cashflow gone.

and yeh there's a big overlap with Szl, they'd need to acquire it at an absolute bargain but Charlie doesn't seem like the type to roll over.
