I'm with Australia Super. They have something called member direct which allows you to buy 80% worth of shares you like. The catch is you are not allowed to buy and sell a stock on same day, only ASX 300 instruments can be traded, 20% is the maximum ceiling to invest in one stock and their site is horrible to use.
My wife won't let me play in my Super, hence treating it for minimum returns. If you don't have any restrictions, setup your own SMSF.
