i am not sure how i didn't become aware of this sooner but have a look at how many shares Bell Potter have accumulated in CHN since the discovery hole:
67 million shares this is close to 20% of the issued capital. who knows if any of their clients had any before too.
and they bought in the mid 9's and comprised the majority of buy volume the 3 days on and after the state forest access approval:
