I don't see why a complaint to asic is necessary.
MHL have so far seemed to be fine in relation to disclosure obligations... director selling is rarely a good thing but there could be many reasons why he had to sell some.
As an investor in MHL aware of the risks I am quite happy to continue letting the directors do their jobs in progressing the company.
A complaint to asic serves little purpose imo...
