    No - it wont help us, but it does remind these people of their responsibilities. Too often I see some directors take the shareholders for granted with cheap options for mates, or give them to themselves for basically no value (ie) multi million options at no cost with an exercise price of 20c in 3 years - oh yeah, by the way - the price is currently 20c!

    Mr Gwynne may not have done anything wrong, but let ASIC determine that. I have made a complaint about his actions and possible breach of his responsibilities re market information. It was all too coincidental. If he is innocent then good on him and he has nothing to worry about, if not, he has made around $88k in profit that he shouldn't have, but worse, he has screwed the people that he is meant to be serving.
