    Yes, and it makes sense. Cheap buy-in for an investor.

    Could be similar to Jinchuan and CADF buying 45% of WesIzwe and then providing finance for development of its platinum mine.

    I remember in a recent announcement mention was made of "financing initiatives". I thought at the time it was strange to say that when the talk was all about a JV.
