It's no coincidence that these sales are coming through all at once. The recent capial raising was a brilliant move. Jumped in ahead of the rest of the market and has forced the hand of the creditors because GPT doesn't need a fire sale of any assets.
This should push onwards and upwards towards @ 75c imo.
